Mortimer Shield

Last Tuesday, nearly 40 Gundagai Public School students took to the Stan Crowe and Owen Vincent ovals in the Mortimer Legends Gala Day. With one tackle and three league tag teams competing, it really was a great representation of blue and gold. It was fantastic to see so many students participate, that had not played either tag or tackle before. All teams performed outstandingly, with some great tries, big hits, and athletic tagging. Congratulations to Grace McGregor, Ollie Amos, Nate Mooney, and Lilly Nowell who were named the players of the day for their teams.
