Katrina Fanning Cup

Last Thursday, Grace Wheaton, Maya Morris, Torri Moy, Layla Field, Kaylee Rose, Heleena Winner, and Jocelyn Cotterill, joined forces with Corby Rose (St Patricks) and Sophie Crane, and Josie Howell (Adelong) to participate in the Katrina Fanning Cup in Wagga. This is the first ever Gundagai Public School girls tackle team to take to the field in competition. The girls had an awesome day playing three games. They had fantastic wins over Red Hill Public and Griffith Public, while going down to a formidable Temora West team. Their attitude and sportsmanship were first class all day, and they are to be commended on their outstanding behaviour all day. Congratulations girls!
