There were mixed results for the school's debating teams last Tuesday. The GPS Gold team of Susie Kerr, Norah Lindley, Bella Amos and Lily-Rose Mooney were narrowly defeated by Tumut Public. They had to argue against the idea that 'Parents should pay their kids whenever they do chores or housework.' Also competing against Tumut Public, the GPS Blue team successfully argued for the idea that 'NAPLAN should include a test for fitness and physical activity.' The team consisted of Chace Clout, Tilly Coleman, Amelia Kerr and Tyler Smith.
