Congratulations to everyone involved in our School Cross Country last Friday. It was a wonderful opportunity for students, staff, parents, families, and friends to come together and enjoy the spirit of our school. All students put in a tremendous effort completing the cross-country course. The healthy competition and camaraderie demonstrated by the students contributed to the supportive, friendly, and unified tone of the day.
A big thank you must go to the P&C who coordinated the barbeque lunch, and the parents who helped with organisation and service on the day, and to everyone who sent in the tasty cakes and slices to sell. Your efforts were very much appreciated and really made the day a special one.
This Friday, students who placed in the top four in the age groups from 8/9 years to 12 years, will have the opportunity to compete in the Highlands Cross Country carnival. This will be held here in Gundagai at the Racecourse. A note for successful students will be sent via Compass.
