Today, the entire school body took part in a Remembrance Day ceremony under the hall cola. Students are to be congratulated on the way they conducted themselves throughout the service, paying their respects and remembering those who have given their lives for our freedom during the two World Wars and many other conflicts since then. Captains Bella, Benny, Ben and Peyton did a wonderful job leading this ceremony and articulating so well the sacrifices made by many brave men and women so that we can lead lives of freedom. Similarly, our Year 5 SRC team of Chace Clout, Jagger Worldon, Jacob Turner and Billy Sadler represented Gundagai Public School with pride at the Remembrance service held at the ANZAC Grove. The boys paid their respects and laid a sheaf on behalf of all of Gundagai Public School. Well done to everyone involved!
