Last week, excitement filled our school as we welcomed Healthy Harold and the Life Education team for an engaging and educational experience! Every class had the opportunity to step inside the Life Ed van and take part in an interactive session with Steph and Harold, focusing on important topics like health, wellbeing, safety, and making positive choices.
Each session was tailored to suit different year levels, covering topics such as healthy eating, friendship skills, cyber safety, and the importance of physical activity. Students were captivated by the engaging activities, videos, and discussions, all designed to help them develop lifelong healthy habits. Of course, the highlight for many was spending time with Harold, who shared his wisdom with plenty of fun and laughter along the way!
The visit was a fantastic reminder of the importance of looking after ourselves and making good choices every day. A big thank you to Steph and the Life Education team for delivering such an enjoyable and valuable program. We look forward to welcoming Healthy Harold back again next year!
